1. About these terms

This website is operated by VIGOTravelers Shop ("we", "us", "our"), Av Puerto Juarez, 77519 Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are comfort and travel accessories, not medical devices. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor before using them.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. We may change prices, promotions and free gifts at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid. Discounts are valid only for the period stated in each offer. Payment is processed securely at checkout with the methods available for your country.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or products that are out of stock. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of payment by sending an email to shopsupport@vigotravelers.com; after that hour the order goes into processing and can no longer be cancelled, as explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to publish them on our store and marketing channels. Content must be truthful and must not be offensive or infringe the rights of others.

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to VIGOTravelers Shop or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
